Product Return Policy

Sales Tax:

Purchaser is solely responsible for all state and local tax, where applicable. All exemption certificates must be presented to and recorded by a BRAH Electric representative prior to the sale in order for tax exemption to apply.

Returns:

Returns must be approved by a BRAH Electric representative with an RMA number. All returns performed within 30 days of shipment are subject to a restocking charge ranging from 25% to 50%. Items are non-refundable extending past 30 days after shipment. Any returned products that are not packaged properly, resulting in damage, are not the responsibility of BRAH Electric. *Select products and specialized orders are not subject to returns.

Warranty:

All BRAH product offerings come with a 2-year warranty from date of invoice. BRAH Electric guarantees proper function of item(s) without any defects, according to the specifications provided. *Due to the nature of the product, Contact Kits are subject to a 6-month warranty.

Account Terms:

A line of credit may be extended to authorized distributors after a submitted application has been processed and approved by BRAH Electric. Standard remittance terms are Net 30 with an appropriate credit limit determined by BRAH Accounting. Terms may be increased with regular timely payments. Delinquent accounts are subject to 1.5% interest fee and/or sent to collections, if deemed necessary.
