Bus Plugs & Bus Plug Replacement Parts
BRAH Electric manufactures and supplies aftermarket bus plugs and bus plug replacement parts for General Electric, Siemens, Square D and Cutler-Hammer busway. The range covers fusible bus plugs and the parts that keep installed plugs in service: fuse clips, ground kits, neutral kits, conversion kits and floating contact switches. Each listing shows the BRAH part number, the OEM part number it replaces, and the family, amperage and voltage it suits. Parts are factory new and carry a 2-year warranty, and same day shipping is available on most orders.
A part that replaces an OEM part number is listed under that number as well as under its BRAH part number, so the results count below can be higher than the number of parts.

Replacement bus plugs for GE, Siemens, Square D and Cutler-Hammer busway
Overview
A bus plug taps power from a busway, so a replacement has to match the busway family it mounts on. BRAH bus plugs are made as direct replacements for specific OEM families, including GE Armor Clad and Spectra Series, Square D I-Line, Cutler-Hammer Pow-R-Way, and Siemens XL-X, XL-U and BD Series.
What each sub-category is for: fusible bus plugs are the complete plug-in units, listed at 30A, 60A and 100A in 240V and 600V. Fuse clips and load blocks are the fuse-holding parts inside a plug. Ground kits and neutral kits add a ground or a fourth-wire neutral to a plug. Conversion kits adapt a General Electric plug from one of Armor Clad, Spectra and Spectra Low-Amp to another. Floating contact switches and operating handles are the internal switch and the handle that works it. Stabs and stab insulators are the fingers that grip the busway bars and the housings that insulate them.
How do I choose a replacement bus plug?
Start with the busway. Read the manufacturer and family from the busway or from the nameplate of the plug being replaced, then match the plug type (for example SB, UV or PQ), the amperage and the voltage. For a complete plug, also match 3-wire or 4-wire and whether a ground is fitted. Parts and kits are specific to a plug type: the ground kit for a type PQ plug is a different part from the one for a type UV plug. BRAH substitute plugs carry a B-prefixed type (BEB for SB, BUV for UV), and some kits are made for the BRAH plug only, which the listing states.
To find the right part, filter by amperage, voltage or family, or search for the OEM part number you are replacing. Fusible bus plugs are listed by amperage, voltage, family and type. Conversion kits are listed by what they convert from and to, fuse clips by fuse class, and ground kits and neutral kits by the bus plug families and types they suit.
All BRAH bus plug products carry a 2-year warranty from the date of invoice.
